Onions and mushrooms cut arbitrarily. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee to the pan. Sauté onions and mushrooms until light Golden brown.
Bacon (the recipe used bacon, can use bacon), cut into pieces. Next, you need to pass the fat through the grate grinder.

The cutlets garnish with a salad of fresh vegetables.
