  1. Products for making sweets:
  2. Peel the dates from the seeds, put them in a small container, pour rum (or juice, for example, orange), cover the container and put it in a cool place for 3-4 hours. After a while, squeeze the dates well (strain the rum, pour it into a bottle, it will be useful for making other desserts).
  3. Dates and pistachios should be crushed. Place the carving knife in the bowl of the combine. Set aside 2 tablespoons of whole pistachios, chop the remaining nuts in a combine into fine crumbs. Of the total volume of crushed pistachios, set aside ~ 100 g. (for sprinkling ready-made sweets)
  4. In a bowl, add the dates and cookies to the chopped pistachios (break into pieces). Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass (the combine perfectly coped with this work, at the 2nd speed it worked for 2 minutes without a break). Dry mix: pitted dates -270 g . crushed pistachios -250 g. cookies -100 g .
  5. Preheat the cream, add white chocolate to them, mix well until smooth. Remove the knife from the bowl of the combine (! carefully, very sharp), mix with the melted chocolate (it is convenient to stir with a wooden spoon with a long handle, since the mass is very viscous). Transfer the resulting mixture into a container, close the lid and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  6. During this time, the candy mass has become denser, more convenient for forming candies. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, form a candy in gloves, type a teaspoon of mass, put a whole pistachio in the middle, roll a ball …, and so on.
  7. Roll the finished candies in crushed pistachios, put them in a container and put them in the refrigerator. Yield: ~ 500 g (45 pcs.) In the refrigerator, such sweets should be stored for no more than 5 days, for longer storage, put them in the freezer.
