  1. Oh, the usual lasagna, you say, this is not surprising. I also thought so, until I carefully read this recipe in the book of my beloved Oliver, I slightly adapted it for the contest by adding crab sticks, and otherwise almost completely preserved the original recipe. To begin with, chop the garlic and leek coarsely.
  2. In a frying pan, put out the onion, garlic and spinach. Add the white wine and cook until the wine has completely evaporated.
  3. Put the ricotta, crab sticks and spinach together with onion and garlic in a blender.
  4. Whisk until smooth. In the original recipe, peeled shrimp were used instead of crab sticks.
  5. Prepare the bechamel – spread the butter on the pan, wait until it starts to bubble, then add the flour, mix.
  6. Add the milk, reduce the heat and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  7. In the usual version of lasagna, bechamel is a classic (milk, flour and butter), Oliver also suggests combining spinach-crab mass and bechamel.
  8. For the filling, we will also need thawed seafood – mussels, shrimp and some more crab sticks. The package is divided into 2 halves, I used 8 pieces of spinach sauce, and left 4 for the filling.
  9. Prepare the lasagna sheets. To do this, lower them into boiling salted water so that the layers do not stick together, you can sprinkle with olive oil.
  10. Turn the oven on 180 degrees, put the boiled lasagna sheets in a heat-resistant mold. If you are not sure about your shape, you can pre-lubricate it with oil.
  11. Spread half of the sauce, and put pieces of salmon, seafood and crab sticks on top.
  12. Cover 3 more layers of lasagna, spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  13. Put the lasagna in the oven for 25 minutes. You’re finished! A beautiful, fragrant and delicious dish!
  14. Bon appetit!
