Eggplant Rolls in Sesame Recipe

  1. Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
  2. Fry the eggplants in a frying pan in sunflower oil until tender.
  3. Fried eggplants are spread on a paper towel to drain excess fat. Cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press.
  5. Add the chopped nuts and mix.
  6. Put a small amount of cottage cheese filling on each plate of eggplant (I have a teaspoon). Tomato slices.
  7. Roll up the roll.
  8. Roll each roll in sesame seeds. Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  9. Serve chilled.
