  1. Cut the plums into 4 parts each.
  2. Whisk the butter with sugar and vanilla white and, without ceasing to beat, enter one egg.
  3. Add the flour, mixed and sifted with baking powder, and mix with a spatula.
  4. Pour in the milk and mix. Add semolina and lemon juice 1 tablespoon each, mix.
  5. It turns out not a thick and smooth dough.
  6. Place the dough in a mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm, the bottom of which is covered with baking paper. Press the plum lightly on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated 180 * C oven for 30-35 minutes to allow the cane to dry. Focus on your oven. Let the cake cool in the mold.
  8. From powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (it may take a little more), prepare the glaze by rubbing the powder with a spoon and gradually adding the juice. Put the icing in a food bag and cut off the small tip of the bag.
  9. Put the icing on the cake and let it harden.
  10. You can decorate the cake with whole plums, on which apply the glaze and let it dry thoroughly.
  11. Remove the pie from the mold and decorate with plums.
