Ingredients

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Mix the minced fish with finely chopped onion and rice.
For baking, finely chop the onion, spasserovat in vegetable oil. Add grated carrots.
Chop the cabbage and add it to the onions and carrots. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Form minced meat meatballs with rice.
Place the meatballs on the stewed vegetables, cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add the ketchup 10 minutes before it is ready.
Serve the dish hot, garnished with parsley.
