Mini-rolls for the New Year’s table. You can use it as a separate snack, or you can spread it on a piece of bread and fix it with a skewer.

  1. Cut any salted fish thinly. Spread in one layer on a board wrapped in food wrap (then it is easier to form a roll).
  2. Boiled eggs, cottage cheese, garlic and herbs are sent to a food processor and crushed. Carefully.
  3. Spread the resulting mass on the fish and put a layer of olives on top.
  4. Form a roll and leave it in the film. Put it away in the cold. It should cool down well and “grab”. Cut into portions.
  5. Bon appetit.
