  1. Grate a ball of mozzarella on a fine grater, add flour, herbs, egg yolk, softened butter. Pepper, add a little salt (you can add a pinch of your favorite spices). Mix well until smooth. (The amount of flour may vary depending on the variety. The resulting mass should not stick to the hands.) Transfer to a plastic bag and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Roll small balls from the cooled mass. (To make the dough easier to roll out, you can moisten your hands in cold water.)
  3. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Add the tomato and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, throw them into boiling water (about 1 liter). Cook until almost ready. Add beads and pieces of red fish to the pot. Mix gently so as not to break the balls. Cook until the meatballs and fish are ready (depending on the size), about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add the browned vegetables, bring to a boil. Add salt and herbs. Let it brew.
  6. Ready!
