Grate The mozzarella ball on a fine grater, add flour, herbs, egg yolk, softened butter. Pepper, a little salt (you can add a pinch of your favorite spices). Mix well the homogeneous mass.
(The amount of flour may vary, depending on the variety. The resulting mass should not stick to your hands.)
Put in a plastic packet and send in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
From the cooled mass to roll small balls. (To make the dough easier to ride, hands can be wet in cold water.)
Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Add the tomato and cook for about 2 minutes.
Potatoes cut into small cubes, throw in boiling water (about 1 liter). Cook until almost ready. Add to the pot of beads and pieces of red fish. Gently mix, so as not to break the balls. Cook until the balls and fish are ready (depending on the size), about 5-10 minutes.
Add browned vegetables, bring to a boil. Add salt and herbs. Let it brew.
