Instructions
  1. I used marble cheese for fondue.
  2. Grate it on a fine grater and pour warmed warm cream over it.
  3. You can use any wine – even the remnants of exhausted champagne. I have a dry white wine.
  4. Pour the wine into a saucepan, add the grated garlic.
  5. Add spices and honey to the wine.
  6. Dilute the starch in a small amount of cold cream.
  7. Boil the wine, reduce the heat and in small portions, stirring constantly, spread the cheese with cream.
  8. The result should be a homogeneous mass. Pour in the starch diluted in cream, boil until thickened and remove from heat.
  9. If you have a fondue pot, then pour it into it and keep the fondue warmed up. If not, you can use small ceramic molds that need to be heated in the oven. Ceramics retain heat for a long time, and fondue will remain hot.
