  1. We take a suitable form, which will fit 2 pieces of wheat bread in the cut, pre-cut the crusts from them. I covered the form with baking paper, so I won’t use any butter. Sausage, bell pepper cut into small cubes. Cut the green onion finely. At the bottom of the mold, we put the bread. In a bowl, put the chopped sausage, bell pepper and onion. Break the eggs, salt and pepper to taste. If there are children, do not pepper them. You can do this on your own plate. With a fork, mix not hard.
  2. Fill the bread with half the mass. Put the cheese on top and pour the second half of the mass. Put in the oven, exposing the t-180 C, for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
  3. Breakfast is ready.
  4. We serve. We’re having breakfast.
  5. You can make a breakfast of 4 pieces of bread, respectively, increasing all the ingredients twice and taking a larger form. If men will have breakfast, then increase it. They’ll love this breakfast!
