Preheat the oven to 150 g. Remove the skin from the sausage, cut it into thin rings and put it in a form greased with vegetable oil in 2 layers. Place in the oven and dry for 35-40 minutes.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into slices, fill it with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Toss in a colander.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, lightly fry the potatoes. Add the butter and chopped onion. Add salt and pepper and fry until the potatoes are ready for 20-25 minutes.
Chop the sausage into crumbs. I did it with a mixer. Fans of spicy food can add red pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with sausage crumbs and serve.
