Seasoning
Instructions
Knead the dough from flour, water, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Crumble the cheese, combine it with cottage cheese. Add soy sauce and stir.
Add the egg, mix again.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Place the filling in the middle of the layer, slightly retreating from the edges. Fold the edges of the filling.
Sprinkle the filling with ground paprika and cumin.
Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 30-40 minutes.
