German Pancake with Apple and Cinnamon Recipe
A great and delicious Breakfast that can easily turn into a dessert if you add a couple of ice cream balls to it.

  1. Apples cut into thin slices, mix with cinnamon and vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200*C (375*F).
  2. In a blender, throw all the other ingredients except butter: eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, sugar. Beat everything well ( 20 seconds).
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the baked apples.
  4. Top with whipped dough from a blender. Form 23 cm.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200*C (375*F) until Golden brown.
  6. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
