Ingredients

Black tea

milliliters
Water

milliliters
Cream (10%)

Cinnamon

Lemon zest

Brown sugar

Ginger

Nutmeg

Instructions
4 teaspoons of black tea.
500 ml. boiling water.
Leave the tea to infuse in a thermos for 10 minutes.
450 ml of cream with 10% fat content.
1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp orange peel, 8 tsp cane sugar.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add spices and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Without cover.
Chop 30 gr. of fresh ginger.
Add ginger to the cream, continue to heat for another 5 minutes.
Add 2 grams of nutmeg.
Strain the tea and add it to the cream, add nutmeg. Bring to a boil and turn off. Insist for 5 minutes.
Preliminary result.
Filter again.
Enjoy. Sugar can be added to taste or not used at all.
