Ginger Tea “Masala” Recipe

  1. 4 teaspoons of black tea.
  2. 500 ml. boiling water.
  3. Leave the tea to infuse in a thermos for 10 minutes.
  4. 450 ml of cream with 10% fat content.
  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp orange peel, 8 tsp cane sugar.
  6. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add spices and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Without cover.
  7. Chop 30 gr. of fresh ginger.
  8. Add ginger to the cream, continue to heat for another 5 minutes.
  9. Add 2 grams of nutmeg.
  10. Strain the tea and add it to the cream, add nutmeg. Bring to a boil and turn off. Insist for 5 minutes.
  11. Preliminary result.
  12. Filter again.
  13. Enjoy. Sugar can be added to taste or not used at all.
