  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
  4. Peel the garlic. In a blender, mix feta, sour cream, garlic and the remaining cheese.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the zucchini into thin circles and put it in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake for about 40 minutes (focus on your oven) until golden brown.
