A simple snack / side or a separate dish with juicy sweet cherry tomatoes that burst on the tongue, sprinkle with fragrant hot juice and delight the taste buds. A quick hot dish for tomato lovers and those who do not like to mess around in the kitchen for a long time.
Prepare the products. Wash and dry tomatoes and herbs. Bread, if necessary, pre-dry in the oven.
Chop the garlic and herbs.
* I use parsley, green onions, cilantro, lemon Basil and/or mint are also suitable.
Cherry tomatoes chop in several places with a toothpick, so that the marinade is better absorbed, and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic and herbs with the addition of freshly ground black pepper. The longer tomatoes are marinated-the better.
Dried bread to turn into a crumb with a blender or rolling pin/grater.
Mix the breadcrumbs, chopped herbs and garlic, season with olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste, mix well to all the crumbs soaked in oil.
* Perhaps, someone wants add to this a mixture grated Parmesan - your right. But I do not recommend using Parmesan in dishes with soy sauce.
Marinated tomatoes put in a heat-resistant form, put on top of the breading mixture and send in the oven, heated to 180C, for 5-10 minutes or until Browning.
* The remaining tomato marinade can be used as a salad dressing or marinate meat/fish in it.
Ready tomatoes get out of the oven and give them a couple of minutes to cool, otherwise you can burn them with hot juice. When serving, decorate with greens.
