  1. Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Pour milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add 0.5 tsp salt, a pinch of nutmeg and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil, pour in the pasta. Cook for 5 minutes!
  3. Put the pasta in a colander, collect the liquid (milk) (do not pour it out, we still need milk).
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Stir continuously so that there are no lumps.
  7. Pour the milk in a thin stream (which we pour into a separate saucepan) and cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken. At this stage, try whether there is enough salt and spices.
  8. Add sour cream and mix.
  9. Add the pasta and mix well again.
  10. Put the pasta in a creamy sauce in a fireproof mold.
  11. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  12. And put it to bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  13. Ready! Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
