I think everyone has tried the Greek salad, so I’ll go straight to the dressing. It’s amazing! So bright, sharp and spicy. The salad began to play with completely different colors.
Wash the vegetables and herbs, prepare spices and olive oil.
For the filling, finely chop the dill, garlic and basil. Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, sugar, basil, vinegar, chopped dill and garlic to the oil, then mix well.
Coarsely chop all the vegetables and put them on a plate.
Cut the feta cheese into large cubes and place it around the vegetables.
Cut the onion into rings and put it on top of the vegetables and cheese.
When serving, pour over the dressing.
