  1. We prepare products for salad and dressing. Cut the radish into thin strips. We spread the radish in a salad bowl. We peel the nuts and grind them not quite fine. I just crumbled them with my fingers. Add the viburnum. I have ice cream and I immediately added it without defrosting. For those who do not like viburnum, you can replace it with currants or cranberries. I love it very much! This is a storehouse of essential vitamins and trace elements. We connect it carefully.
  2. We make a dressing for the salad. Olive oil is combined with honey and lemon juice. We fill the salad. Cover with a lid and shake the salad bowl a little, so three times. The salad is ready! You can already eat it without meat.
