  1. We prepare products for salad and dressing. Cut the radish into thin strips. Put the radishes in a salad bowl. Peel the nuts and grind them not very finely. I just crushed them with my fingers. Add viburnum. I have ice cream, and I immediately added it without defrosting. For those who do not like viburnum, you can replace it with currants or cranberries. I love it! It is a storehouse of essential vitamins and trace elements. Connect carefully.
  2. Prepare the salad dressing. Mix olive oil with honey and lemon juice. We fill the salad. Cover with a lid and shake the salad bowl slightly, so three times. The salad is ready! It can be eaten without meat.
