Boil the meat, in salted water, with your favorite spices. Cool, cut into slices.
Also boil the string beans. Toss in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings, saute in vegetable oil, add finely chopped red hot pepper to the onion. If you are afraid of sharpness, you can add it just a little. Or not add it at all.
Finely chop the garlic.
In a salad bowl, mix the meat, beans, lettuce, onion and pepper, garlic, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
