  1. Peel the garlic, cut into slices, and wash the cilantro with your hands. In a bowl, mix garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, butter, coriander and lemon juice. Add the meat, stir, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. For the filling, put mint leaves, lemon juice and soy sauce in a blender bowl, and chop the pepper. Then gradually pour in the oil.
  3. Marinated meat is grilled, can be baked in the oven or fried in a frying pan. Iceberg lettuce break with your hands.
  4. Cut the meat arbitrarily. Put the salad, meat on a plate and pour the dressing over it. If desired, serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
