  1. We take salmon steaks, I have catfish, defrost.
  2. We prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sesame oil, honey, add finely chopped garlic and chili pepper.
  3. Dip the salmon steaks in the marinade and put them to marinate in a cold place for 20 minutes.
  4. These steaks are perfect for grilling. But in the absence, fry in a grill pan. Preheat the pan very strongly, lubricate it with soy oil. Lightly wrap the steaks in a paper towel. Place the steaks at an angle to the strips of the pan, turn down the heat. Fry on one side for 2 minutes, turn over, fry for 2 minutes on the other side. Turn over again and fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and put them on a serving dish.
  6. On top of the lettuce leaves, put the sliced cucumber and onion in half rings.
  7. Prepare a salad dressing from soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, soy oil and finely chopped coriander. You can make more sauce and use it as a sauce for dipping salmon.
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  9. Place a hot grilled salmon steak on top of the salad. Sprinkle with a mixture of freshly ground peppers. To serve.
