Grilled Vegetable Snacks with Goat Cheese Recipe
I want to share with you my favorite summer snack, made from seasonal vegetables. Especially since I bought the local village goat cheese. Bright, delicious, useful!!!

  1. Wash vegetables, clean. The more varied the color of the vegetables, the brighter and more beautiful the appetizer. Peppers cut into strips, zucchini and tomato circles. Tomatoes take ripe, but dense, otherwise they will spread out.
  2. Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and fry on both sides in a grill pan. Tomatoes are also fried, then they will give more juice to the marinade.
  3. Onion cut into feathers, garlic slices.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic to the hot grilled vegetables.
  5. Add chopped greens. This snack likes an abundance of greens, I have: coriander, dill and mint.
  6. Make a dressing from honey, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, hot pepper. If you do not recognize honey, then replace it with sugar, but here, exactly, honey is very in the subject. I don’t add any more oil, it’s enough for frying.
  7. Gently mix everything together, remember, the tomato spread. Put everything in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to marinate.
  8. Serve the appetizer chilled, when serving, put pieces of goat cheese on top. I have cheese from the village cheese factory, so it is more similar in structure to cottage cheese.
