  1. Milk is heated. Dilute yeast and sugar in warm milk. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
  2. After the specified time, the yeast will “come to life”.
  3. Mix flour with salt, sift. Break the egg, add olive oil. Beat a little with a fork.
  4. Pour in the yeast-based mixture.
  5. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Roll into a ball, transfer to a greased container, cover and remove to a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
  6. After 40 minutes, the dough rose well.
  7. Roll out the dough and brush with butter.
  8. Fold the dough lengthwise.
  9. Then fold the dough in width. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the rolling pin. At this stage, we work with our hands. You remember that dough likes warm hands. Smooth the dough with your hands and brush with butter. Roll the dough into a roll.
  11. Cut the resulting roll into 2 parts. We form loaves with our hands, slightly pulling the dough.
  12. Make incisions on the dough, smear with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  13. Cover the future loaves with a clean towel and leave for proofing for 30 minutes.
  14. Bake the loaves in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes. Completely cool the roll on the grill.
  15. Fragrant homemade roll is ready! Enjoy your meal!
  16. Serve homemade roll with onion cream soup.
