  1. Rice is pre-boiled until half-cooked. Finely chop and fry the garlic.
  2. Add and fry the rice.
  3. Put the eggs, mix.
  4. Add the green onions, fry for 2 minutes, add a little water, cover with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
