If you like Japanese cuisine and pickled ginger, then you will definitely like this salad. The salad is prepared quickly, from ordinary products, but has its own “zest”.
The vegetables are mine. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, cucumber strips (I got a little long, took half). Cut the green hot pepper into rings, remove the seeds.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, cut or tear them and put them in a bowl.
Boiled chicken fillet cut into pieces, I prefer to take meat from the shins or thighs. In my opinion, the breasts seem dry.
Take pickled ginger. You can cook it yourself, there are several recipes on the website, but I decided not to bother and buy it.
Add chopped chicken fillet and pickled ginger to the vegetables.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, honey and soy sauce.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
In a dry frying pan, dry the sesame seeds and sprinkle them over the salad.
