Instructions
My vegetables. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, cucumber strips (I had too long, took half). Cut the green hot pepper into rings, remove the seeds.
Lettuce leaves are washed, dried, cut or torn, put in a bowl.
Boiled chicken fillet cut into pieces, I prefer to take meat from the shins or thighs. I think the breasts are dry.
Take pickled ginger. You can cook it yourself, there are several recipes on the website, but I decided not to bother and buy it.
Put the chopped chicken fillet and pickled ginger on the vegetables.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, honey and soy sauce.
Add to the salad dressing, mix.
In a dry frying pan, dry the sesame seeds, sprinkle them over the salad.
