Lamb Ribs in Soy-Pomegranate Marinade Recipe
I would like to suggest that we cook lamb ribs in soy-pomegranate marinade. Soy sauce and pomegranate juice make the meat tender, and mint, without changing the taste of meat, gives a pleasant aroma! And the ribs will be served with grilled vegetables.

Instructions
  1. Cut the lamb into portions, rinse under cold water. Place in a deep bowl. Cut the onion into half rings, mash it well with your hands, add to the meat. Add spices if desired (I added pepper and ground ginger).
  2. Add pomegranate juice, olive oil and soy sauce to the meat.
  3. Mix the meat thoroughly. Add a few mint leaves to the meat. Leave the meat to marinate for at least a couple of hours!
  4. Soak wooden skewers in cold water. String the meat on skewers and put it on the grill. Fry on coals or in the oven. It took me 30 minutes at 220-240 gr. (The main attention should be paid to the oven) In the process of cooking meat, you can pour marinade over it.
  5. Wash, peel, and slice the vegetables. Drizzle with vegetable oil and soy sauce, leave for 5-10 minutes. Then add the vegetables to the mayonnaise and leave for 25-30 minutes. String on skewers and fry in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Put ready-made kebabs on a platter, serve with vegetables.
