Layered Salad with Ham and Apple Recipe
There are not so many salads! And certainly no New Year’s table will do without a couple, or even more salads. I offer another recipe for a beautiful, bright, delicious salad.

  1. Cut the red onion into thin half rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Since this is a layered salad, it is better to take a split form for serving or make a portion serving using a cooking ring. Take a dish (plate) to serve, put the burner. Squeeze out the onion and put it on the bottom. Next, finely chop the ham, I have chicken, and put it on top of the onion.
  3. Grate the cucumber on a grater, put the ham on top and smear with mayonnaise.
  4. Lay out the next layer of grated cheese.
  5. Next, grate the apple on a grater and lubricate it with mayonnaise again.
  6. Grate the egg together with the top layer.
  7. Carefully use the pusher to release the salad from the ring. Decorate with herbs, I have celery. Serve the salad chilled.
