Lazy Chicken Cutlets Recipe

  1. Soak the buns in milk for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic with a blender or chop it in a meat grinder and send it to minced meat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, eggs, soaked buns and spoon a slide of sour cream. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and spread minced meat with a tablespoon.
  5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
