Baked cutlets of lean pork and chicken with the addition of raw potatoes, pumpkin and carrots. Very tasty, juicy and low-fat. I do not add a loaf to the cutlets. Usually I use raw or boiled potatoes instead.
In the chopper shredded chicken fillet, pork,
pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic. Poured
salt, pepper and cracked egg. In a stuffing it is possible to add
on the taste of the seasonings.
Minced well mixed and formed cutlets,
rolling them in flour.
Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet
and poured oil on it. Spread out the cutlets and
put them in a preheated 200 degree oven.
While the cutlets are baked, prepared the sauce.
In a bowl poured cream, milk and put the soft
cheese. You can add any spices and seasonings.
The sauce is well mixed. Cutlets in 10 minutes
took it out of the oven, poured the sauce in them and again
put to bake. The temperature has lowered
to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes
until ready. Cutlets can be sprinkled
shredded hard cheese.
Cutlets turned out juicy and tasty.
Served them with boiled pasta and vegetables.
