  1. Cut the washed and peeled potatoes. Put it in a bowl. Sprinkle with spices and cumin, finely chop the garlic and also send it to the potatoes. Pour in the oil and soy sauce, add salt to taste and mix. Let it marinate while making the dough.
  2. Pour warm water into a bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in it and gradually add flour, add sunflower oil.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Knead the dough well and roll it into a ball on a floured surface.
  5. Roll out the dough ~ 1 cm thick.
  6. Preheat the oven to t-180 C. Take the form. I took the pizza mold. Its height is 2 cm, D-24 cm. This test will be enough just for this form. Form a mold and lay out the dough, forming the sides. Put the potatoes on the dough in one row along with the marinade. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. The pie is ready.
  8. Finely chop the dill.
  9. We put the pie on a platter and sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
