Liver in an Omelet Recipe

  1. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces, put it in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender.
  2. Mash the finished pumpkin in mashed potatoes.
  3. Wash the liver and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a hot frying pan, pour out the liver and fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. I used sunflower oil.
  5. Put the liver in a baking dish.
  6. Cut the onion into large cubes.
  7. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a hot frying pan. Fry the onion until slightly Golden.
  8. Put the onion on top of the liver in a baking dish.
  9. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, and pumpkin puree. Salt to taste.
  10. Pour the liver with onions.
  11. Place in a preheated 180° oven for 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven. Serve with sour cream or sprinkle with chopped herbs. Done.
