Liver Stew with Mushrooms Recipe
I always have liver in the freezer, because I love…, even just fried or with additions, like today. Red beans are also added. Recipe from the Armenian channel.

Instructions
Products…
Chop onion (one large or 2 small), garlic, pepper.
Fry the onion in sunflower oil.
Slightly thawed liver is well cut into slices.
We divide the slices into thin strips and send them to the fried onions.
If necessary, add oil.
While slicing the mushrooms.
When the liver is fried, pour the mushrooms into the pan.
Fry everything together, add the crushed garlic.
Cut the tomatoes.
Transfer the paprika to the pan.
And tomatoes and pasta. I buy a large 1 kg Italian jar of tomato paste and freeze it in a silicone mold in portions and it is always in my freezer.
Simmer, stirring occasionally. Season. Add water.
Parsley or other herbs at this time, chop.
Pour the greens into the ready-made stew.
Mix and serve on a common dish or in portions.
