Liver with Mushrooms in the Filling Recipe

Ingredients
Basic:
500
gram
Chicken liver
1
piece
Carrot
1
piece
Onion
50
ml
vegetabe oil
250
ml
Champignons
3
tablespoons
Breadcrumbs
1
handful
Greens
parsley,dill for the top
Fill:
3
pieces
Chicken eggs
200
gram
Sour cream
2
pieces
Processed cheese
Seasoning
to taste
Salt
to taste
Instructions
As usual, chop the onion and carrot.
Lightly fry together.
Chop the mushrooms.
Separately fry too.
Roll the liver in breadcrumbs and fry in the dish where you will cook next.
Turn it over, reduce the heat.
Transfer the carrots and onions to the liver.
Mushrooms on top.
For filling, mix the eggs and sour cream. Mash the melted cheese. Add the cheese to the filling+seasonings.
Pour evenly into the pan.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat or place in the oven in a baking dish. After 20-25 minutes, our dish is ready.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve. Very tasty…, do not tear yourself away!
