You can buy yogurt, or you can, like me, cook it yourself. To do this, take 2 liters of milk and heat it to 45-50 degrees. In a small amount of hot milk, dissolve the starter culture for yogurt (it can now be easily purchased in a supermarket, pharmacy or online). Pour the diluted starter culture into the milk. I’m making yogurt in a ceramic pot. I pour the milk into it, seasoned with sourdough, wrap it in a blanket and leave it for the night. In the morning, the ready-made yogurt is sent to the refrigerator.
