  1. Boil the beans in a convenient way for you or in the way indicated on the product package. I boiled the beans in a pressure cooker, a whole pack, in order to use it for cooking different dishes in the future, so I indicated the amount of finished beans in the recipe.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut them, pour cold water, add salt and boil until tender.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add pepper.
  4. Drain the water from the finished potatoes, add the fried onion, mash into a puree.
  5. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, add the beans, season with salt and pepper and fry a little more.
  6. Fry 1 egg on both sides, you can take 2 eggs, it will be even tastier. when frying, lightly add salt to the egg.
  7. Assemble the side, we will use the cooking ring. Put 2 tablespoons of potatoes, egg, 2 tablespoons of potatoes and press down. This will be an option to give up the lean supplement.
