Peel the potatoes and put to boil in salted water until tender. Onion cut into gender rings. Pear ( in the classic version of Apple) peel and seeds, cut into arbitrarily. Fry the pear / Apple together with the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil.
When onions and pears become soft, add soy sauce and spices. Stir and leave to stew for a couple of minutes.
Put the stewed pears and onions in a bowl blender and puree. With ready potatoes drain the liquid and mash with a pusher (do not use a blender). To mashed potatoes add our pear-onion puree, and spoon from the bottom up and clockwise mix thoroughly both two mashed potatoes. It is better to work intensively with my hands, but a blender not to use it.
