Knead the dough from eggs, flour, milk, soy sauce. Add baking powder, vegetable oil and 3/4 bunch of chopped greens to the dough. Let it brew for 30 minutes.
Bake pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Let it cool down.
Roll the finished pancakes into rolls and cut into strips.
Warm up the broth (I have already cooked), put the rolls on a dish, gently pour hot broth and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
