Instructions
Boil until cooked rice.
Carrots and zucchini cut into thin ribbons and fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil.
Meat grind in a blender with the rice and egg yolks. Salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the whites to a stable foam and gently stir in the meat mass. Then add the fried vegetables and chopped parsley.
Put in a greased form.
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown. It will take about 30 minutes.
