  1. I took the minced meat ready from the turkey. Any minced meat will go into this dish, it does not matter. Just the turkey mince will be light, and this is what we need for spring food. In the minced meat, I put mustard, added spicy herbs: basil; rosemary; thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Carefully kneaded the minced meat and pushed it aside. I’ll take care of the vegetables.

  3. We also need bread rolls for vegetables. They need to be crushed in a mortar into crumbs. I will use buckwheat loaves. Grate the zucchini on a medium-sized grater. Combine the zucchini with the loaves. Next, rub the potatoes and send them to the zucchini. Pepper, salt, add basil, pour 1 tbsp olive oil. Quickly mix everything and put it in a greased form with olive oil. My shape is D-20 cm and height-6 cm. We form meatballs and spread them on top of the vegetable mass, slightly deepening them. Tomatoes nadsekaem cross-on-cross, nedorezaya about 2 cm to the base, so that they do not fall apart and put the same as the meatballs on top. Fill the empty spaces with smaller meatballs (how many of them will fit). Tomatoes in nadsechennye places prisalivaem and sprinkle the whole dish collected olive oil. Put in the oven for 40 minutes, setting the t-180 C. Be guided by your oven.
