Cut the eggplant into a large 5 cm thick cube.
If cherry tomatoes are cut in half. I had medium-sized tomatoes, so I cut them into quarters.
Cut the onion into feathers. Garlic is cut to your liking, someone cuts it finely, someone with plates.
Mix the vegetables with oil, salt and pepper to taste and oregano to taste.
