- 1 kg Pork
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 4 pieces Carrots
- 2 cloves garlic to taste
- 40 gram Ginger in marinade
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce in marinade
- 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tbsp in marinade, 1 tbsp in vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Honey in marinade
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup in marinade
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 twigs Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Juniper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Meat can be choose any, I cooked with pork, spatula part of. Meat wash, dry, cut into large pieces. Prepare the marinade. On a small grater, grate ginger and 3-4 cloves of garlic, add the remaining ingredients: soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, ketchup, honey, salt, pepper, stir well and marinate the meat. It is desirable to spend more time for marinating, leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight.
