Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well and beat off.
Form small meatballs from minced meat.
Roll each meatball in flour and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil on all sides.
Prepare the sauce. In a preheated frying pan, pour the oil and fry the onion until transparent.
Next, we send carrots and celery to the onion to fry.
When the carrots become soft, we send the tomatoes in their own juice, salt, pepper, garlic passed through the press. Mix thoroughly and add 300 ml. water and bring to a boil.
In the pan to the sauce send meatballs, once again bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for 15 minutes.
Moldovan meatballs are ready. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit.
