  1. Chop the onion in a blender. Boil rice until cooked.
  2. Add rice, onion, seasoning, paprika, salt and black pepper to the minced meat. Mix.
  3. For the filling, chop the mushrooms and onions at random. Fry the onions in vegetable oil for three minutes, add the mushrooms, salt and continue frying for another seven minutes over medium heat. The filling is ready.
  4. Form the stuffed meatballs: divide the prepared meatball mince into portions. Turn each portion of minced meat into a flat cake, on which to put minced meat, connect the edges. It is convenient to do this with cling film. It turned out ten blanks.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet, wrap the bacon on top crosswise. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, control the baking process in your oven.
  6. Serve hot.
