  1. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Boil the rice in a convenient way with the addition of seasoning.
  3. Combine minced meat with onion, garlic, seasoning, rice, and salt. Stir.
  4. For the filling, cut the mushrooms and onions randomly and fry in vegetable oil for four minutes, stirring, and add salt.
  5. Form meatballs: divide the minced meat into four parts. From each part to form a rectangle with a thickness of one centimeter.
  6. In the middle of the meat tortilla, put a slice of melted cheese, mushroom filling on it.
  7. Using a food film to form meatballs: cover the filling with one side of the minced meat, then the other side of the minced meat and connect the edges, give a rectangular shape. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  8. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with vegetables and sauce.
