  1. Prepare the honey dough. Put sugar, margarine and honey in a saucepan and heat all the time stirring. Add the egg, stir, warm up and add the soda.
  2. The mass will foam and increase in volume, add flour, knead the dough.
  3. From the dough, roll out a layer 5 mm thick.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until Golden. While the cake is warm, cut the ring shape into circles. I will make cakes in these metal rings.
  5. Prepare the custard dough. In a saucepan, bring the water and margarine to a boil, add salt. Pour the flour into the boiling mixture and brew the dough.
  6. Allow the dough to cool slightly and mix the eggs one at a time.
  7. From the dough, put small balls on a baking sheet with a pastry bag with a nozzle. Bake in the oven at t=200 C until Golden.
  8. Prepare the mousse. Mix the boiled condensed milk and sour cream, if desired, you can replace part of the sour cream with cream, mix everything well.
  9. Fill the gelatin with cold water and leave it for 10 minutes, then dissolve it in a water bath or microwave. Add gelatin to the mass of sour cream and boiled condensed milk, mix everything well.
  10. Rings lubricate the inside with vegetable oil and pave the acetate film (or as I cut the strips from the file). Circles cut out of honey cake, put in rings, this will be the bottom of the cakes.
  11. Pour a little mousse into the molds and put the custard balls in one row.
  12. Top again pour the mousse to the top, put in a row of balls, put in the refrigerator to stabilize for 2 hours.
  13. I only had three rings, so both the mousse and custard balls were left. I mixed everything and filled a silicone rectangular shape, pre-greased it with vegetable oil, put it in the refrigerator.
  14. After the cakes are frozen, release them from the mold and film.
  15. Heat the cream, put the pieces of chocolate in them, stir well and use the bag to decorate the cakes with chocolate icing. If desired, the sides can be sprinkled with crumbs made from scraps of honey cake.
