  1. I was making a salad of frozen and chopped mushrooms. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Flip it into a colander, let the water drain.

  3. Cut the bell pepper into slices.

  5. Prepare the dressing. Olive oil, honey, vinegar, pepper – mix everything well.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl, mix, add salt, season.
  7. The salad can be eaten right away, but if you have the willpower to leave it overnight in the refrigerator, then the next day it will be impossibly delicious!
